The city just finished the budget and $41 million of it will go toward new projects. It's the most the city has ever spent.
Some of that construction includes a new water treatment facility, lap top computers for police cars, and the new waterpark. But most of the projects will expand recreation areas around town.
The city will pay for some of those projects with grants and gaps tax money.
