The Fort Lauderdale, Florida-based company will be moving into the former Sykes Enterprises call center building that closed last year.
IRT entered into a performance contract with the city that includes financial incentives if it hires more employees. An IRT official says wireless provider T-Mobile will be the call center's primary client.
