TOM BEAN, Tex. - Some Grayson County residents learned how to lose weight from head to toe. They packed the room for free weight loss seminar at First Baptist Church in Tom Bean.

The crowd of men and women in all shapes and sizes listened to speakers talk about everything from what to eat and when to eat it. They also learned about detoxing their bodies with a special 20-minute foot soak.

"It pulls the toxins out of the blood stream through the feet, and so obviously we have lots of toxins through the foods we eat, the air we breathe, all of those things. We want those toxins out so you feel better," said Michelle Castillo, a consultant at the event.

Castillo says she hopes to educate people on the benefits of detoxification.
