CARTER COUNTY, Okla. -- Excitement was building in Ardmore over the lunch hour. After all, it's not every day you see a man and his pet bull standing on the street corner, which could only mean the return of the rodeo!

We caught up with some of the stars at Friday’s Lunch on the Green, an event that has helped kicked off the rodeo in years past.

Rodeo announcer T.C. Long says, “It's gonna be great.”

The rodeo kicks off Friday night at 7:30 at Hardy Murphy Coliseum in Ardmore and runs through Saturday.

Senior Beware Last Updated: 2:30 PM 11/24/08 - Lindsey Pledger Bolin, the Ombudsman for the Area Agency on Aging of Texoma, works with the nursing homes and assisted living facilities in Grayson, Fannin, and Cooke County.
