9-27-05 - A former Pushmataha County Associate district judge, who was removed from the bench more than three years ago, is now accused of pointing a gun at five people, including a 2-year-old.
Doyle Blythe faces a felony charge of pointing a weapon and is free on one-thousand dollars bail.
County Sheriff Jim Duncan says the incident is part of a long-running feud.
Blythe was removed from the bench in July 2002 by the state Court on the Judiciary. The court found Blythe guilty of oppression in office and of holding "euthanasia hearings."
