MARIETTA, OK -- A Love County couple who has been serving time in the same jail learned Wednesday that they will both be serving time with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.
Tina Smith and Bradley Taylor appeared in a Marietta court Wednesday. Smith worked at the Love County Jail until she helped Taylor, who was an inmate, escape in March.
He was an inmate, she was a jailer, and Tina Smith allegedly broke Bradley Taylor out of the county lock-up, all in the name of love.
They were caught eventually in Bowie, Texas.
Smith pleaded guilty and was sentenced to two years in prison, with three years probation after that.
Taylor received three years in prison for escaping.
