11-10-05 - The mother of a 16-year-old girl who was kidnapped and murdered two months ago talked to the press on Thursday.
Donna Wooten's daughter, Caitlin, was kidnapped from the Ada High School parking lot on September 23rd. Her body was later found with that of Jerry Don Savage, Donna Wooten's ex-boyfriend.
Investigators say Savage killed Caitlin and then turned the gun on himself. Last week, Donna Wooten filed a lawsuit in Pontotoc County District Court against Savage's estate.
The lawsuit also names Savage's son, Jarod, and Faye Sliger, who is charged with helping Savage kidnap Caitlin. Sliger will appear in court at 4:00 p.m. Thursday for a bond hearing.
