BONHAM, Tex. -- A 42-year-old woman was arrested early Thursday morning after allegedly walking into the Bonham Fuel and Food in the 500 block of West Sam Rayburn, or Highway 56, on Wednesday night and handing the clerk a note that said "Give me the money, I’ve got a gun."

The clerk handed Rebecca Eilene McGregor the money and noted the car she was driving. Authorities found her car at the Bonham Inn and quickly arrested her Thursday morning.

McGregor is expected to be charged with aggravated robbery.

I knew this lady in Quanah 5 yrs ago she looked nothing like this it shows what drugs will do to you I guess that is what has happen to her

Yeah the only reason she was "passing through" was because she knew she would fit right in!!! Wouldn't stick out at all!!!

I am suprised she got caught. I believe that if I had to give a description of the robber I wouldn't know what to tell them except it was an ugly man or woman, but i think I would have went with man.

I can't believe people think they can get away with committing crimes. I'm glad she was caught....maybe she can get some help. Looks like she has a drug habit.

She is originally from Quanah, not Bonham, and was staying in the motel according to another news publication who actually interviewed the police chief. So, she's "just another pretty face" passing through our town! We are winners in that she was caught and will be in jail and unable to try this again!

SHE'S REAL SMART, SHE GOES IN ROBS THE STORE AT 9:45P.M. AND THEN GOES BACK TO THE SAME STORE TO BUY A PACK OF SMOKES AND LIVES HERE AT A MOTEL OR INN AS IT CALLS IT SELF. SHE'S GOT TO BE THE DUMBEST CRIMINAL OF ALL TIME, ESPECIALLY HERE IN BONHAM.

Yeah, Maybe some of Johnny's buddies will come to her defense. I wonder if she made bail as quick as he did? I think she needs a hug (and a donut!)

She was caught. no one was hurt. in custody is the female, white ford tempo or topaz.
