SHERMAN, Tex. -- A sex offender accused of indecent exposure in Sherman is behind bars. A woman claims James Howard Davis, 43, of Whitesboro, exposed himself to her in the 4800 block of Texoma Parkway last week.

When she walked away, Davis followed her begging her to kiss him. That was when he slapped her inappropriately.

Davis was arrested. He is currently being held in the Grayson County Jail.

Is he that hard-up for companionship? Apparently his act didn't play out in Whitesboro, so he took it on the road. Wassa matter- Dallas too far away?

yeah all of you are right. he is disgusting, but way more than they tell you in this news report. if only you knew the other things this man has done and gotten away with you would see how much worse it is.

I think by inappropriate slapping they are trying to nicely say he slapped her cheek -but not the one on her face.

"Inappropriate" slapping? As opposed to what- appropriate slapping? This clown has already proven himself to be bad news- must miss his cellie back in Huntsville.

Yeah! It wouldn't have been so offensive is he'd slapped her more appropriately! Idiot.
