ATOKA COUNTY, OK - A multi-car accident in Atoka County sent two people to area hospitals in critical condition Sunday.
Just after noon a vehicle driven by Dustin Tucker of Kiowa, Oklahoma, was headed westbound on Reynolds Loop when it failed to yield and crossed into the north bound lanes of U.S. Highway 69. The car hit another vehicle, causing it to strike a third in the southbound lane of US-69.
Tucker was sent to OU Medical Center in critical condition. The driver of the second vehicle, Julie Twomey of Kenosha, Wisconsin, was sent to St. John's Hospital in critical condition. Her passenger, Jeffrey Twomey, and the driver of the third vehicle were uninjured.
