Gardening Texoma: Nature Photograph Contest
With your pictures, we hope to share the beauty of our Texomaland, and the talent of local photographers with the viewers. All entries will be judged on creativity, natural instinct, and the effectiveness of collecting the beauty of the Texoma area.

Thank you so much for participating in this contest. With your pictures we hope to share the beauty of our Texomaland, and the talent of local photographers with the viewers. All entries will be judged on creativity, natural instinct, and the effectiveness of collecting the beauty of the Texoma area. We here at Texoma Landscapes and Garden Center believe in keeping nature natural. Remember the “The Key is building beauty naturally.”
Privacy Policy
Any photo received will be confidential, meaning: name, address and email. We do not capture personal information about the photographer without their permission. We do collect minimum amount of information needed to meet the purpose for which the website was created. All photos that win (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) will be posted on KXII and Texoma Landscape web browser for all to see.
User Security Tips (avoid fraudulent emails)
Questions we won’t ask:
• Credit and debit card information
• Bank account numbers
• Passwords
• Driver’s license number
• Social security number
Photo Use Policy
Photos displayed on the websites are copyrighted by the photographer. Permission to use the photographs is granted as long as it is for non-commercial uses. We will not use the photos for any other purpose than to display on KXII, and the websites: KXII.com and texomalandscapes.com.
Photo Format
Photo’s can come in any format and medium: black and white, color, email, CD Rom, or print.
How to Enter
Pictures can be mailed/delivered to Texoma Lanscapes and Garden Center at 5020 Texoma Parkway, Denison, TX, 75020 or emailed to jonathan@texomalandscapes.com.
Photographer/Copyright
Entries must be from the original photographer. DO NOT submit photos by another photographer. Your submission of the photo is your guarantee that you are the copyright holder of the photograph.
Voting Process
The voting will take place on July 24th, 2008 and will be posted on the websites KXII.com and texomalandscapes.com. The final votes will come from the viewers alone. On July 31st, 2008, on KXII Gardening Texoma the 1st, 2nd, 3rd place winners will be announced and can come to Texoma Landscape and Garden Center to collect their prizes.
