12-20-05 - Folks in Ardmore may soon be able to move their horses back to their residential back yards.
In November an ordinance took affect that pushed all livestock out of residential neighborhoods.
It mostly impacted horses, but some owners fighting the law got a break last Friday.
A district judge filed a temporary injunction on the ordinance, basically putting a restraining order on the city from enforcing the law.
Both sides will go to court on January 3 to see if the injunction becomes permanent. If it does a hearing will be set sometime next November.
