1-5-06 - Three 18-year-old Marshall County teens will plead guilty later next month for spree of bomb attacks on mailboxes.
Josh Burk, Jessie Turner, and Joseph Norris are accused of making several bombs and putting them in citizen's mailboxes last October, with some of the bombs even detonating. On Thursday, they waived their right to a preliminary hearing, intending to plead guilty on February 17th to state bomb and explosive charges and placing bombs near any type of structure or vehicle with intent to destroy.
In all, Marshall county authorities found 28 bombs. The teens confessed to the crimes saying they did it because they were bored.
