Man Shoots into Crowded Restaurant

2-5-06 – Police in Denison are looking for a man who walked into a crowded downtown restaurant with a shotgun Saturday night. Police say the man walked in and demanded money from a cashier at the door. When the cashier refused to hand it over, the man fired one shot into the bar.

There were about twenty people inside, including five employees, but no one was hurt.

The shooting happened around 6:30 p.m. at the T-Bones Bar and Grill in the 100 of Main Street.

The suspect is described as a white male in his forties with light gray hair and a full white beard. He is about six feet tall and around two hundred pounds.

He left the scene in a maroon-colored pickup truck. Witnesses provided police with a partial license plate number: TX 7NH.
