BONHAM, Tex. -- The Bonham Chamber of Commerce and the Bonham Economic Development Corporation are still under contract.

BEDCO officials were considering not renewing their contract with the chamber, which gives the chamber additional funding to attract business to town.

BEDCO officials say some board members did not think the chamber was using that money for economic development purposes, but chamber director Bill Jones says BEDCO accepted their budget for next year, and no contract changes are planned.
