Diesel fuel stolen from tank in Gainesville
GAINESVILLE, TX -- Gainesville police are looking for someone responsible for stealing close to 450 gallons of diesel fuel overnight Tuesday at a construction site near Leonard Park.

GAINESVILLE, Tex. -- Gainesville police are looking for someone responsible for stealing close to 450 gallons of diesel fuel overnight Tuesday at a construction site near Leonard Park.

Authorities say the construction crews have a 500 gallon tank of diesel out at the site. Someone drove up to the tank and took 450 gallons.

The amount of fuel stolen is worth around $1,500.
