Ardmore man no longer faces rape charges
ARDMORE, OK -- KXII-TV learned Thursday that a Carter County man who was accused of rape is no longer facing charges.

ARDMORE, OK -- KXII-TV learned Thursday that a Carter County man who was accused of rape is no longer facing charges.

Jeremy Clay Cheek was set to appear in an Ardmore court Thursday, but the court clerk's office says the case has now been dismissed after the alleged victim declined to pursue charges.
