Cooke Co. business robbed for 3rd time

GAINESVILLE, TX -- A Cooke County business has been robbed for the third time this summer.

On Tuesday, the officer on patrol heard movement on the antenna tower at Cooke County Appliance. There, the officer found 25-year-old Robert Christopher Thomas hiding behind an air conditioner at the store.

Police said there was also another subject on the roof, but he jumped off and was able to escape. Police were only able to locate coins that were taken.

Thomas is in custody at the Cooke County Sheriff's Office.
