ADA, Okla. -- An Ada man was jailed accused of raping a minor.

Christopher Shane Anna, 24, was arrested by Ada police after he was reportedly found on top of a minor who was staying a family member's house.

The alleged victim was taken to Valley View Regional Hospital.

Anna faces first degree rape charges.

I agree that all should be investigated. But come on! He's 24, maybe she did look older; but she still lived w/ mom & dad. HELLO! Need to build some more shackles!!!

I don't want to defend his actions, but was this rape or another 16 or 17 year old girl consenting until Mommy and Daddy found out?He made a bad choose in doing so, but there is a difference in raping a child and having a girl who looks older than she is say it is what she wants. If that is not the case then yes he should be locked up for a long time.

If I came home and found him on top of my daughter they would be identifying him at the morgue.
