5-29-06 - Volunteers at the Perrin Air Force Base Museum were hard at work on Memorial Day, welcoming visitors to take a tour of Grayson County’s past. The museum normally sees 10 to 15 visitors a day, but saw ten times that today.
Perrin began back in 1941 as an Army Air Corps flight training school. It was the first to become active in the days following the attack on Pearl Harbor.
