DENISON, Tex. -- U.S. Highway 75 in Denison has reopened despite a mess Tuesday morning.

Southbound lanes of U.S. 75 were blocked after an SUV collided with a semi just after 7 o’clock Tuesday morning.

Authorities think the SUV had a blowout before it slammed into the gas tank on a semi, causing about 300 gallons of diesel to spill onto the highway.

We are told the woman driving the SUV only sustained minor injuries.

The accident did slow traffic for quite awhile.

to no way,I think you need to look around you a little closer before you start talking about Denison.

duh. its alot harder to clean up in sherman, denison isn't clean to start with

Way to go Denison on the quick clean up, that is the way it should be!! Sherman spent too many hours and man power in the recent tanker turn over.
