Local "Big Brother" Hopes for 2nd Shot

6-28-06 - A Bryan County man who finished in 2nd place on the hit CBS show Big Brother 2 years ago is hoping for a repeat performance. Michael "Cowboy" Ellis is one of 25 former contestants in the running for "Big Brother 7 - All Stars".

Ellis won $50,000 in prize money for the 2nd place finish. He returned home to Durant and married his girlfriend. The soft-spoken graduate of Madill High School has since gone to work for a local restaurant. But the votes of the public could bring "Cowboy" back to the spotlight.

A CBS website allows users to vote for their favorite contestants - the top 12 will be named on July 6th, but the last night to vote is Wednesday. Click here here to place your vote.
