A fire in downtown Sherman is being considered suspicious by the Sherman Fire Department.
On Saturday the fire destroyed a home on Cherry Street and a law office next door.
Tuesday afternoon, the fire chief told first news that a private investigative team will be called in to look into the cause of the fire.
Sherman investigators have some questions, but no details have been released to first news.
The fire started in the house on Cherry Street. The owners do not have insurance.
The owner is asking for the use of an RV to set up on her property.
If you think you can help, a fund has been set up at the First Baptist Church in Sherman. They will take donations from 8 to 5, Monday through Friday.
