DENISON, Tex. ― Cigna employees got a break from work Thursday morning at the first ever “Tag Ur It” company event.
It is a multi-state campaign that promotes the need for employers to listen to their employee recommendations on how to better move their company forward.
The event featured music and even a multimedia semi trailer decorated with flat-screen TVs and graffiti.
"We need our employees to make our company go forward, so it's just our approach to let our employees know that what they have to say is important." Kellie Metzdorf of Cigna said.
After the Cigna stop, the “Tag Ur It” event will travel to another location and start all over.
