DENISON, Tex. -- Texoma Medical Center is pleased to announce the arrival of the first baby born in 2009.

Carter Payne Mundine was born at 2:18 p.m. on January 1. He weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and is 18.5 inches long. This new bundle of joy is the son of Larry Mundine and Pamela Depillars of Denison and has two big sisters anxiously awaiting his arrival at home.
