OK Primary Elections Underway

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Polls are now open across Oklahoma as
voters decide various runoff races.

There are two statewide races as Democrats and Republicans decide their nominees for lieutenant governor. State Representative Jari Askins faces former congressional aide Pete Regan for the Democratic nomination while state Senator Scott Pruitt and Representative Todd Hiett meet for the Republican nomination.

And Lieutenant Governor Mary Fallin faces Oklahoma City Mayor Mick Cornett for the G-O-P nomination to Congress in the Fifth District.

Polls are open until 7 tonight and a light turnout is expected.
