10-09-06 - Ardmore firefighters are making sure kids know what to do when fire ignites.
Kindergarteners took a tour of the fire station Monday morning, and made the rounds through the safe house, fire truck and dorm area. They were taught how to use a fire extinguisher and the dangers of playing with matches.
The Ardmore fire department is celebrating Fire Prevention Month, and said they could think of no better way to get the word out. The department has a long list of activities planned for this week... including more tours.
