Tax day tea party scheduled for Monday night in Ardmore
ARDMORE, OK -- While the customary Tax Day of April 15 has already come and gone for most Americans, folks in Carter County are meeting the deadline on Monday. The county had to push the April 15th deadline back due to the deadly tornado that ripped through Lone Grove earlier this year, and that means the tea parties like the one we showed you in Sherman back in April are in the works in Ardmore.

The tax day rally is set to kick off at the Hardy Murphy Coliseum at six o’clock. It is being hosted by a group called "Voices for Common Sense." The venue has been changed due to inclement weather.

We'll have a crew there and bring you the details tonight on First News at Ten.
