SHERMAN, TX – After the assault and robbery of delivery man in the parking lot of the Sherman Wal-Mart was caught on surveillance video, Sherman Police have made an arrest in the case.
Police say the surveillance video, which aired on First News and KXII.com earlier in the week, is what led authorities to the suspect, 27-year-old Ronnie Capehart II of Sherman.
Capehart was arrested and charged with aggravated robbery on Thursday.
Police tell us it was help of local residents who saw the video that led them straight to the suspect.
Capehart is currently in the Grayson County Jail on $30,000 bond.
