Denison man stabbed in neck in fight
DENISON, TX -- A Denison man is recovering after being stabbed in the neck over the weekend. Investigators say Clinton James, 44, got into a fight with Perrin Scott Pylant (pictured) on Friday night in the 500 block of West Hull Street.

DENISON, TX -- A Denison man is recovering after being stabbed in the neck over the weekend.

Investigators say Clinton James, 44, got into a fight with Perrin Scott Pylant (pictured) on Friday night in the 500 block of West Hull Street in Denison.

Police say Pylant stabbed James with a pocket knife, breaking off the blade in his neck.

Pylant was arrested on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He is currently in the Grayson County Jail on $25,000 bond.

James was flown to Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, where he was last listed in stable condition.
