DUNCAN, OK -- A fourth person has been arrested and charged in the murder of ECU student-athlete Christopher Lane.

Monday afternoon Stephens County Prosecutors charged 22-year-old Oddesse Barnes with accessory after murder.

Court papers indicate Barnes aided Chancey Luna and Michael Jones by hiding the weapon they allegedly used to shoot and kill Chris Lane.

The Australian-native was jogging down Country Club Road in Duncan last August when he was shot in the back.

He died as a result of his injury.

Luna, Jones, and James Edwards Jr., all of Duncan, have been charged in Lane's murder.

Edwards most recently reached a deal with prosecutors in exchange for his testimony in the case.
