12-04-03 - Reserve soldiers in Ada are preparing to hear to Iraq. The 485th Army Reserve unit could be gone for up to 18 months. Their job in Iraq will be to supply troops with food, water, and military supplies. Today, several dozen soldiers spent the day painting names and unit numbers on luggage bags. But soldiers are also taking on the more somber task of making out wills. Still, most aren't surprised they're being called up for the war in Iraq. The unit will depart Ada on Monday.
