ARDMORE, OK – Students were evacuated Monday at Ardmore High School after a bomb threat was discovered written on a bathroom wall.
The words "school will go boom" were found written on the wall of a student bathroom, prompting students and faculty to evacuate campus.
Ardmore Police then scanned the campus for anything suspicious, but no bombs or suspicious items were found indicating an attempted attack.
Ardmore Police Department Public Information officer Robin Beal said these threats have no clear motivation, but that similar threats were made in Dickson and Lone Grove schools last year.
