1 dead in Preston Shores double stabbing
PRESTON SHORES, TX -- A man who was stabbed Friday evening in Preston Shores has died. The Grayson County Sheriff's office says the victim's body is being taken to the Medical Examiner's Office for autopsy.

PRESTON SHORES, TX -- A man who was stabbed Friday evening in Preston Shores has died. The Grayson County Sheriff's office says the victim's body is being taken to the Medical Examiner's Office for autopsy.
Deputies responded to what was initially a domestic dispute call between 4:30 and 5:00 pm Friday. When they arrived at Francis Drive, they found both the victim and the suspect had been stabbed.
The victim died later Friday night, the suspect was hospitalized. No word on his condition.
No names are being released until family is notified.
Grayson County Sheriff's investigators and a Texas Ranger are investigating the case.
