12-31-03 - The year 2004 will bring a retail boom for the city of Sherman. The center of the attention-The Sherman Town Center along Highway 75.
Already the Cinemark Movie Theater and Home Depot have opened their doors, but that is just the beginning. Sherman city officials say 13 more stores will be open for business in 2004. Those stores include:

*Famous Footwear
*Michaels
*Petco
*Pier One
*Ross Dress for Less
*Logans
*Red Lobster
*Old Navy
