Authorities in Ardmore are looking into a rash of vandalism involving BB guns. Several residents had their car windows and house windows damaged over the weekend.

There were approximately eight reports of several broken windows all over the city. Police say there is not a pattern to these crimes.

Most of the damage is concentrated in the lower northwest and southeastern parts of Ardmore. Police are looking for the driver of an older model Oldsmobile Cutlass with chrome rims or 'spinners'.

Within the last three weeks, investigators say they have received about twelve reports involving similar incidents. Early estimates on the damages are are around $2,500 total.

Officials like Lt. Eric Hamblin of the Ardmore Police Department believe these crimes will only get worse if the suspects are not apprehended.

"It's going to continue and eventually they will get someone's window, and eventually its going to touch someone you know so we're asking for your help."

Anyone with any information on these crimes should contact the Ardmore Police Department at 580-223-1212.
