On Wednesday, Senator John Edwards stopped in Durant, which was his second visit to the city in the last three months. His November visit was the first by a major presidential candidate since Ruben Askew in 1984. Edwards is coming off a tie for 4th place finish in New Hampshire, but is hoping for a rebound in states like Missouri, Arizona, South Carolina, New Mexico, Delaware and North Dakota on Tuesday.
