Fugitive captured, arrested in Love County
LOVE COUNTY, OK -- A fugitive described as "armed and dangerous" is now behind bars. Garry Dale Westmoreland, Jr., 38, is in the Love County Jail, being held on multiple arrest warrants from two different states.

LOVE COUNTY, OK -- A fugitive described as "armed and dangerous" is now behind bars. Garry Dale Westmoreland, Jr., 38, is in the Love County Jail, being held on multiple arrest warrants from two different states.
Love County Sheriff Joe Russell tells us he helped to arrest Westmoreland in Marietta Tuesday afternoon after he tried to run from deputies.
Westmoreland is wanted in Arkansas on a felony larceny and theft charges. He is also wanted in Tulsa for violation of parole.
