02-27-07 Dozens of Parents, teachers and other community members gathered at Jefferson Elementary School in Ardmore Tuesday night, to share their concerns about an April bond issue.

If approved, the 13 million dollar bond would fund phase two of the elementary school expansion.

The plan is to house every elementary student in the district. School board members say if the bond does not pass, some students will attend classes in phase one of the new school under construction. The other half will attend Charles Evans Elementary.
