3-5-04 - An 11-year-old Durant girl taken by her non-custodial father on Friday has been found in Arkansas.
Patrick Leon Green was arrested and charged with felony kidnapping. Eleven-year-old Shelby Green had not seen her father since Christmas, and when he showed up Friday at the Crescent Creek Apartments in Durant offering to take her on a trip, she went with him.
Relatives contacted Shelby's mother, saying she was in Lone Oak, Arkansas. Authorities reunited the mother and daughter today.
