'Good' Thing - Midway Mall Keeping Retailer

3-8-04 - Midway Mall in Sherman is keeping a business that had planned to shut down this month. Goody's, a clothing retailer, announced in January that it would shut down its location at the mall at the end of March. First News has learned the store will instead remain at the mall, after working out a lease with mall management. A spokesperson for Goody's also says they were inundated with calls and letters from customers, protesting the planned shutdown in Sherman.
