02-18-04 - A former Durant school employee accused of molestation is back in town today for his preliminary hearing. Todd Sisk faces 12 state charges. Sisk waived his right to the preliminary hearing, and a district court arrangement took place instead.

During the hearing he plead not guilty to all of those charges, which range from lewd molestation to forcible sodomy. Sisk pled guilty last month to federal charges including taking adolescent boys across state lines. Prosecutors dropped several other charges against him in the deal. His state trial will be delayed until he is sentence for the federal charges.

Sisk worked for the Durant school district as the public information officer but was fired after police found child pornography on a school laptop computer and a computer in his home. The investigation was triggered by allegations of young boys who claimed Sisk invited them to sleepovers at his home, but then gave them alcohol and molested them.
