MUSKOGEE, OK -- An Antlers man was sentenced to 8 years in prison after he shot at two men who drove past his house last summer.

David Clary, 52, was sentenced earlier this week in federal court after pleading guilty in November for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Pushmataha County Sheriff's deputies responded to a shooting last August, where they learned Clary had shot at two men as they drove by his house.

Clary, a convicted felon, eventually emerged from his house wearing military clothing. Upon a search of his person, Clary caused a struggle while concealing a knife.

Pistols, assault weapons, and shotguns, were all recovered from inside the home.
