Double Stabbing Suspects Arrested

03-14-04-- Police have arrested four men in connection with a double stabbing at a Sherman apartment complex Saturday night. Two victims remain in critical condition Sunday, with stab wound to the face, neck, and shoulders.

Police were called to the South Gate Apartment complex in the 900 block of South Travis Saturday night around 9 p.m. Witnesses say six hispanic males got into an argument and two of them were stabbed repeatedly.

Both were transported to Wilson N. Jones Medical Center with critical injuries. Witnesses say the four suspects ran into an apartment and then out the back door. When investigators returned to the scene today around 2:30pm, they arrested four men.

All four suspects are being questioned in the crime but have not been charged. Police are still trying to determine the motive for the crime.
