Jury selection began today for the second trial of a man accused of driving drunk and causing an injury accident.
Timothy Whitmore, 38, was sentenced to twenty years in prison back in November of 2006 after being convicted of assault with a deadly weapon.
Whitmore was accused of drinking and driving when he caused an accident on Texoma Parkway in October of 2005.
Two local men were left with permanent disabilities as a result of that wreck.
The trial is scheduled to begin later this week.
