KINGSTON- After yesterday's four-county chase through Southern Oklahoma, another high-speed chase began in Kingston last night. This time, police were able to apprehend the suspects rather quickly.
Juan Pena, 23, and Marcio Rodriguez, 20, are facing a slew of charges after an officer clocked them going twenty miles per hour over the speed limit on Highway 70. When the officer attempted to pull their vehicle over, they kept heading east.
Bryan County deputies joined the pursuit at the county line. The pair jumped out at a residence in Mead. After a short chase on foot, officers were able to apprehend the two men.
Police say the vehicle reached speeds of 105 miles per hour during the chase.
