4-1-04 - An attempted abduction was caught on tape outside the Durant Walmart on Friday. Surveillance video shows a man in a red shirt following the woman and her six month old child as they walked through the store. Once outside, the man made his move, circling her car and grabbing her as she was getting in the drivers seat.
But the victim fought back and screamed for help. The video even shows her chasing the suspect as he ran off. Police say it appears the man picked her out, which has led them to suspect it was an abduction attempt.
