TURNER, Okla. - A Turner High School student critically injured in a motorcycle crash on Monday evening has died.

Ardmore police say 14-year-old Allen Davis died in an Oklahoma City hospital late last night.

He was riding his motorcycle near the intersection of 12th and Rockford around 5 p.m. Monday when he lost control on the wet street and collided with a pick-up.

Friends like Landon Hawkins and Chase Clifton and his peers say that he will be deeply missed.

"Everybody was his friend. Allen was the smartest kid in school. Everyone loved him loved him to death. We’re going to miss him a lot."

School will be released for Davis's funeral. It is scheduled for Friday at 2 o'clock.
