Missing Muenster Boy Found in Grayson County

4-12-04 - After an Amber Alert and nearly 24 hours of searching, a 5 year old boy safe with his family tonight. Police in Muenster believe Christopher Dennis Patten was taken by his Aunt and a friend Sunday night.

Relatives told First News at 5:45 pm that the boy had been found at a Gordonville home. That house belonged to the parents of David Wayne Sanders, a man believed to be with the boy. Authorities say Christopher's grandfather found him there and called deputies.

He was under the care of his aunt on Sunday, but Tifany Marshal and Sanders disappeared around 10 that night. Later, police had reports of them being spotted in Sadler and Gordonville.

When Grayson County Deputies arrived in Gordonville, both Marshal and Sanders were gone. Muenster police may file charges against the pair tomorrow.
