SHERMAN -- Jo-Quinn Lathan, the man responsible for this weekend's shooting in Sherman turned himself in this morning.

Lathan turned himself in at the Grayson County Jail around ten this morning.

Sherman police had been looking for Lathan ever since Saturday afternoon.

Police say Lathan and the victim, James Earl Nelson (left), got into an argument when Lathan jumped out of the car and shot nelson in the neck. Lathan and another man then drove off.

While we should pray for the victim, he is no angel. "You live by the sword, you die by the sword"
